Synopsis
A short film by Will Meldrum, it Won the Best Film of 1941 for Victorian Amature Cine Society. It is a Melbourne Board of Works documentary filmed in 1941 about the Yarra River from mountain to bay. ROAR Digital scanned/digitised the film and untook restoration to bring an old and dilapidated film back to life.
